Once upon a time there was a freaky, haunted house. It had a disgusting old damaged roof. As soon as you walked into the house, the doors would slam behind you and you could hear voices screaming for help. As you walked through the hallway of face paintings, the eyes would follow you . There was flame red blood on the stained floor. The floorboards creaked as you walked across them. The hallway had ugly ivy growing up the walls. There was a crazy midnight black mouse running around chaotically. Each time you ran, a spooky ghost followed your shadow.

If the phone rang you knew that no one would be there. The lights flickered on and off randomly. In this one, creepy wardrobe that said ‘Warning’ on it, it had a skeleton hung up on a rusty old hook. As you climbed the squeaky stairs, there was a puckered up door hanging out that had big, spiky nails and knives and blood and bones. It was the CHOKIE! The beds had blood splattered all over them with skeletons sleeping in them.  As you looked out of the shattered windows you could see the broken clothes line with the ripped clothes hanging. But the worst thing was, that once you were in, you couldn’t  get out!

Character description - Nutty

Nutty the dumb little boy

Nutty was a dumb little boy. No matter how hard his teacher tried to teach him, he always ended up the same. This little boy was as small as a 7 year old, he had brown curly hair that covered his brown muddy eyes. Nutty was the kind of boy who was impossible to teach. His mouth was always straight like a ruler, because he couldn’t see over his brown, curly hair. He was about 12 years old and as tall as a meter ruler, but he was still as stupid as a donkey. When he was 13 years old he wasn’t that stupid any more.

In Nutty’s weird looking bedroom was a whole set of bubbling chemicals that he used to make deadly potions. He was not the Nutty everyone knew at school. On the mysterious inside, he was a wicked little brat. Nutty made lots of trouble during haunted night times. He had a super strong sense of smell, so he could go possibly anywhere. That little brat made a lot of trouble around the neighbourhood every night.

Lucy, the 11 year old girl

Lucy the 11 year old girl

Lucy was the most beautiful and sweetest girl you could ever meet because her words were like soft pleasant musical notes. Her heart was solid gold and pure. She had lots of money but it was nothing to her, she had something better than money - she had LOVE! No one can buy that. On most days she would go help out at the Salvation Army and the SPCA too. She had two dogs. One was a beagle named Kora and the other a king purebred named  Patches.  She also had a cat named Miley and a bunny named Harry Hopson. So you know how kind and sweet she was, loving and generous like a machine that wouldn’t stop giving poor people things to have. All these things made a great, friendly person who mostly spent her money on others, but that doesn’t mean she didn’t treat herself when the fashion sales came on.

Cara is a twelve year old girl. She wears a blood red blouse and a cherry red skirt that goes no higher than her knees. She never wears jewellery because it always gets caught on her blouse. She has short golden blonde hair with poppy red streaks. She lives in a log cabin because she couldn’t afford a house. She is a quiet little girl and she loves to dangle her feet in the country stream.

At night she usually stares at the stars and dreams about what it would be like to live on the moon. Her job that she wants to have when she grows up is to be a science teacher. Every day she plays on her guitar and soothes her feelings when she’s stressed.

Almost everyone in her neighbourhood is either an Artist or a traveller but Cara loves to bake with her mum who is called Evangeline and they can make the best triple chocolate sensation cupcakes in the entire world. Her mother is as tall as a whiteboard with long, coconut brown hair. Cara and her mum are both Welsh. They just moved to France because there were too many mosquitoes in Wales! Cara also has a baby sister called Kahlen and Kahlen is three years old and ate Cara’s homework! Cara has to read her stories like “Matilda” and “Esio Trot” because Kahlen loves Roald Dahl.

Cara likes to swim in the lake nearby because behind the waterfall over in the lake was a cave with rocks that colours swirl around with silver sparks coming out.

Cristal is a talented little girl. She can fold paper into anything at all. When it comes to learning, she’s the best of the best, she’s a mathematician, a graceful reader, an impressive writer and she’s in the top group of everything at school or home. Cristal is an intelligent and talented 9 year old. She has beautiful blonde hair that reaches her back, also big green emerald, adoring eyes. Her lips are as red as roses and her skin is as white as the clouds. Cristal is a wonderful child and she won gold medals for drama, soccer and art. She is a gifted little girl who is always on top.

There lived a girl called Lucy. Lucy was as friendly as a puppy and as smart as an owl. Lucy loved to read. Her friends were books, but her favourite book was called ‘Friends’. She had read it over 20 times. Lucy had black hair and brown eyes. Lucy lived in an apartment building in New Zealand with her adoption mum because she was abandoned on the streets and was taken to the adoption center. Now she is living with a lovely lady. Lucy went to the school down the street.

Wonder Woman the 53^rd is a hero, a life saver, a role model and a brave woman. She is tall, has shiny, beautiful blonde hair and pink eyes with black pupils. She also has a lovely face with a cute nose surrounded by little freckles. The outfit that she wears is blue and green with a shiny silver logo saying WONDER WOMAN THE 53^RD. Her hobbies are saving lives, being heroic and going to the beach. She relates to others very well and is always kind. Everyone loves Wonder Woman the 53^rd.

Mrs Mortan - character description

                  Mrs Mortan The Strict Teacher

Omg! Mrs Mortan is the meanest teacher in the whole wide world. She is as mean as an angry bull. She has a weapon that she shoots at the children and it magically sticks to their mouths and keeps them shut for the rest of the day. There are three rules in Mrs Mortan’s class.  They are: Be silent, No talking and No playing. Her hair suits her personality because her hair is as black as ink and is as scruffy as a bird’s nest. Her eyes are easy to spot. They are the colour of Fiji’s ocean! She never wears a change of clothes. It’s always black loose trousers and a midnight black top. Her classroom is black and grey and white. Every other classroom has a rainbow of colours. All the other teachers are scared of her. Mrs Mortan is absolutely not scared to go ahead and growl at other teachers, so it isn’t only the students she growls at! She hates seeing children playing in the playground. She thinks that school is meant to be about learning, no playing at all.

               

My first day

My first day at this school was amazing. I learnt where everything is and I made some great new friends. I also learnt that people think I’m really good at soccer even though I’m really not. It is a great school and I recommend it to everyone!! J

The children pushed open the door. Black and grey rats came out  of the door. The frightened children screamed and went inside and locked themselves in and then they saw a magic machine. Their dad’s name was Joe and  their mum’s name was Jones.   When the children switched the machine on, they got  transformed to another country.
